A 24 hour notice will be required for canceling an appointment, so that I may adjust my schedule or fill that spot. If cancellation is within 24 hours, there will be a 50% service charge. Clients will be allowed a one time grace period before the policy is enforced. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Please do your best to arrive on time. If you no call no show your appointment, you will not be able to rebook without paying a 50% non refundable service charge. Only one no call no show is allowed before clients will not be able to rebook.
